Johanna Berger
Research Assistant
Johanna studied in the EliteMasters program Human Biology – Principles of Health and Disease at LMU Munich, where she earned her Master’s degree in early 2025. She is deeply fascinated by the mechanisms that underlie early embryonic development and the processes that lay the foundation for the formation of a complete organism. This curiosity led her to join the Tachibana lab in 2024, where she conducted her Master’s thesis focused on identifying novel totipotency effectors in mouse embryos. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, practicing yoga, and being creative.
