Our research group aims to elucidate the molecular architecture of skin diseases through systematic profiling of clinical specimens. In our lab, we use the skin as a model system to investigate fundamental biological mechanisms of inflammation, autoimmunity and cancer biology. We apply advanced omic technologies, particularly mass-spectrometry proteomics, along with advanced computational frameworks to identify disease-defining molecular signatures with translational potential. We specifically focus on dermatological disorders where mechanistic insights can fundamentally advance clinical practice.
