We are a highly interdisciplinary group and welcome researchers from different scientific backgrounds (e.g. physics, chemistry, biochemistry, bioengineering, pharmacy....). If you know your way around a wet-lab and are excited about DNA nanotechnology, then we would love to hear from you!

Postdocs

If you have experience in working with proteins (expression, labelling), and are interested in developing multi-enzyme cascade reaction systems inside silicified DNA origami, then please contact Dr. Amelie Heuer-Jungemann by E-mail to discuss opportunities to join the group on the ERC-funded NanoCat project.

If you are interested in joining our group with your own funding or would like to discuss the possibility of writing a funding proposal together (e.g. DFG, Marie Curie, Peter & Traudl Engelhorn Stiftung etc.) please contact Dr. Amelie Heuer-Jungemann by E-mail.

--> If you have experience in cloning and protein purification and have a keen interest on deciphering ligand-receptor interactions, please get in touch for a postdoc opportunity (proposal to be written together <--
