Quantitation of Complete Proteomes

Members:  Tanja Bange, Jürgen Cox, Matthias Mann, Nagarjuna Nagaraj

Goals: Members of this group typically perform whole proteome quantitative analysis using the ‘new proteome platform’. The technology, data analysis, biological analysis and follow up of these projects will be discussed. Work of this group will show that proteomics can be used to complement or replace microarrays.

Projects: Yeast systems biology; Drosophila; Kidney tube segment proteome; Ubiquitination (EU 6th framework Rubicon network of Excellence).
