The department of “Proteomics and Signal Transduction” under the directorship of Prof. Matthias Mann is one of the most internationally renowned groups in the area of “proteomics” – an area where new technological developments are used for the analysis of proteins. The department works in an internationally dynamic and exciting environment with diversified approaches. We apply our proteomics techniques to a wide range of topics from basic cell signalling to cancer biology.
