The Department of Molecular Medicine at the MPI for Biochemistry seeks applicants for PhD and postdoc positions. Our research is focused on functional aspects of cell adhesion during development and disease. Our particular emphasis is on extracellular matrix (ECM)-integrin interactions and integrin signaling. Work in the group encompasses mouse genetics, cell biology, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, as well as immunological techniques.
