The Postdoc Association is the representation of all postdoctoral fellows and other non-permanent senior researchers at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry. It is formed by representatives of each research department and each research group, who meet at a regular basis to discuss the concerns of the postdoctoral scientists at the Institute. In addition, the Association organizes special seminar series and workshops as well as a scientific retreat.
