Computing Center
The scientific computer center in the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry is an internal service group for the scientific departments and work groups, the different service units and the administration of the institute. The computer center operates the central information and communication infrastructure and supports the operating authorities of decentralized computer workplaces as well as the scientific and non-scientific users in the institute. About 1200 users are registered by the computer center; in the local network about 3000 network capable devices are attached.
