Open Access: Opportunities and challenges – A handbook
This joint publication by the European Commission and the German Commission for UNESCO brings together the contributions of many experts and stakeholders in the area of free access to scientific information (Open Access). It covers a wide range of issues relevant to Open Access and its opportunities and challenges such as legal aspects, new (publication) models and political perspectives.
