User Support and Training
The increasing amount and diversity of the scientific information resources and services available to the staff and guests of the Max Planck Society demand adequate support measures. These must be specifically oriented to the users' needs and will help them better understand and make more efficient use of these valuable - but often unfamiliar - tools.
The IVS-BM plays an active role in this process by offering seminars, workshops, training materials, documentation and general help-desk services - in particular for users within the Bio-Medical Section of the Max Planck Society.
